Welcome, all!

It's hard to write about a good year without sounding like you've been drinking too much of your own Kool-Aid, but 2011 was filled with creativity and opportunity and lots of writing and editing and magnificent people.

Last year I contributed to the first two issues of the awesome C.L.A.P. zine, participated in the Creative Community Leadership Institute at Intermedia Arts, was selected to be an open-mic host for Northstar Tellebration, spoke at the Minnesota Rising Un/Conference, went to a really rewarding and very orignal Collab-umentary night with the folks from InCommons, and published a magazine. It was a whirlwind year!

And although last year was super productive and Twin Cities Runoff published an amazing amount of work from new and emerging writers, in 2012 we're leaving a little more leeway for other projects and professional growth. So, Twin Cities Runoff will be undergoing some changes and shifting to print-based projects (although the contents of those will be available online for free as well). Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

I'm also learning WordPress and am planning a redesign of this site in the near future. In the meantime, all of these sections have been updated, so click around.

I'm always keeping my ear to the ground and my eye on the web for new ideas and new projects, so drop me a line at deborahcarver@gmail.com or, if it's related to Twin Cities Runoff, info@twincitiesrunoff.com.

Cheers!

Deborah
